A French confection sought-after by true connoisseurs, Pâte de Fruits (pronounced paht de frwees), date back to the 10th century in the region of Auvergne in France. They were originally created to preserve the flavor of a fruit at the peak of its season, and our Pâte de Fruits are much the same. We use only the finest fruit purées, hand-crafting that flavor into our Pâte using traditional French confectionary methods. The result is luxurious gummy showcasing that fresh fruit flavor.

To make Pâte, we cook whole fruit pulp and sugar with the addition of pectin and lemon/lime juice to a precise temperature. Our use of the fruits natural pectin as a solidifying agent means that our Pâte are entirely vegan and gluten-free, unlike many other gummies.

With 40mg Full Spectrum Hemp Extract per square, these confections are perfect for evening relaxation or as a sleep aid. Be careful, they pack a punch. We recommend starting with one square and upping your dose as needed (although we know from experience that restraint is difficult with a candy this tasty. Proceed with caution.)

We also offer the addition of Lion’s mane extract, which is a potent anti-inflammatory and powerful boost to mental clarity and calm. We find it to be the perfect addition to our Pâte, adding focus and clarity to lower doses and furthering the relaxation and calm of higher doses.

Note: Our Pate de Fruits are made to order in small batches, and we stock a very small amount. As a result, our pate de fruit are extremely fresh and will be softer than others you may have tasted. With time they will dry a bit and the flavor will concentrate. The texture might be different from one fruit to the other, kiwi or mango will be denser on the palate than a juicy fruit such as strawberry or lemon. We cut these fruit jewels by hand to one inch cubes so there will be some size inconsistency.
